What we'll cover...

This 12 week program is chunked into 6 bi-weekly sessions intentionally paced to support your process as you build your engaging, purposeful, transformational virtual academy.  It's packed with 20 years of experience of producing blended learning solutions and guiding business leaders on how to leverage learning technologies to reach audiences with Value+Add solutions.  It includes lives sessions, video-based learning, group coaching, self-paced work and 1:1 mentoring.  

Program Outline

Orientation - Begin as early as March 29th!
Our initial kick-off begins with getting to know you. We'll review how you can best use the program to support your goals and how we'll move through the content at a pace that makes everything come together seamlessly.

Wks 1 & 2: Name & Claim Your Value+Add
At the heart of every great virtual academy is the edu-preneur who knows the power of their value. In the first two weeks of the program, we'll dig into discovering and defining your Value+Add, that is -- what makes your academy and online solutions unique! We'll explore how you can tap your personal values, leadership values and wisdom to name, claim, reach and resonate with your niche.

Wks 3 & 4: Scaffold Your Solutions
Gaining clarity on your Value+Add, at this point in the program, we'll kick into building your Solutions Scaffold. Over these two weeks, you'll learn how to organize your content into bite-size components that have a rich blend of online self-paced and live content. This will become the blueprint for your thriving transformational virtual academy.

Wks 5 & 6: Produce & Present Your Landing Pages
At this point in the program, you'll be waking up bubbling with ideas about how to present your solutions, which is the perfect time to jump into producing and presenting the landing pages of your new academy so you can get the word out that your solutions are coming. You'll lay out your pages in real time, drawing upon templates that make the design process easy and fun, that work with your brand, while receiving group and 1:1 mentoring along the way.

Wks 7 & 8: Prepare Your Prototypes
While we've all heard of the ADDIE process, īLA takes a different approach that works far better in the virtual space: APPIE. The PP's stand for Produce & Prototype, a rapid authoring approach designed to: Give you feedback early in the process, help you stay agile, and ensure your solutions can evolve with your audience's needs.

Wks 9 & 10: Launch Countdown
Hard to believe, but my goodness...here you are already! You're in the final stretch of developing your solutions and getting them ready to launch. Over these two weeks, you'll be tweaking your solutions with final feedback. And, you'll start to craft your email campaign letters, social media and PR pieces to announce your new academy and programs.

Wks 11 & 12: Launch & Track Your Campaigns
3, 2, 1 - LAUNCH! Here we are! At the launch pad, where you will experience the power and joy of going live with your solutions! We'll explore how to continually promote on social media and work your Value+Add to market your solutions in the weeks ahead. And to review your dashboards to track your participants progress to fine tune your campaigns.

Since the mid 90's, I've been designing learning solutions for national and global organizations, working shoulder-to-shoulder with thought-leaders, consultants and coaches who make this world a better place. My whole career has been dedicated to two loves: Watching and harnessing the transformational ah-ha! That moment when we feel and know we and/or those we work with are forever changed and inspired.
